Biography

In Wien geboren verbrachte sie als Schülerin ein Jahr in den USA, wo sie auch maturierte. Beginn des Schauspielstudiums. 30 Jahre Moderatorin beim ORF, Kultserien KOTTAN und TOHUWABOHU, Moderatorin bei 3 sat. Seit 1994 Engagements am Theater und beim Film, Soloprogramme, Eigenproduktionen, zuletzt: BAZOOKA und DIE VIER IM JEEP.
LP: WER BIN ICH WIRKLICH? Chansons, erstes Buch: KEINER LIEBT MICH SO WIE ICH ODER DIE KUNST IN HARMONIE ZU LEBEN. (Megabestseller). Weitere Bücher folgen. Seit über 40 Jahren die Stimme der ÖBB. Über Jahrzehnte Good Will Ambassador für Licht für die Welt und seit 2022 Jugend Eine Welt. Journalistische Tätigkeiten, Reiseberichte: Jamaica, Sri Lanka, Irland, Äthiopien, Mozambik. 
Zuletzt erschien ihr 15. Buch „Wenn Afrika lächelt. Unterwegs fürs Augenlicht“.
